Bolek Joins Mediobanca Germany As Managing Director

Dr Adam Bolek is to join the management team of Mediobanca Germany as managing director, a role in which he will work in Frankfurt alongside Frank Schönherr, country head of Mediobanca Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Dr Bolek worked for the last 12 years for Rothschild, focusing on M&A work. Previously, he worked for Barings in Frankfurt and London. Alongside Dr Bolek, Steffen Geisler and Jens Krane will also join Mediobanca from Rothschild. Milan-headquartered Mediobanca has been its developing private banking activities since July 2000.
